From start to finish of my house sale, the Miles & Barr team were absolutely excellent - highly professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. Not to mention directing suitable viewers my way and SELLING my house for me quickly and efficiently. My grateful thanks go to Kayleigh especially, but I won't name any others for fear of missing anyone out, as ALL the staff contributed to making this an incredibly positive experience all round. Miles & Barr went above and beyond - Highly recommend. When choosing an agent for our sale we spoke to a few local agents. We decided to go with Miles & Barr as they seemed to be more professional and understanding to our needs. Sam was through with his explanation of how the company would market our property and the valuation was spot on. Zoe who did the viewings took the time to walk around the house with me prior to viewings to ensure she was aware of the many good points of our home, as well as what was being left and taken. Like many I wasn't happy with the fees that estate agents in general charge, but i have to admit they were worth every penny. Katie who was the sales progressor for our sale had many issues from the whole chain to deal with, she went above and beyond calling back after office hours to ensure she kept in contact and didn't keep us waiting for answers to enquiries. She is a real asset to the company and her working hours spent on our sale must come close to the fee we paid. After viewing many properties with other local agents and seeing how they dealt with communication and follow ups from viewings we had made, I AM SO PLEASED I CHOSE MILES & BARR as the other companies did not pay as much attention to detail and were very slow in dealing with enquiries and offers we made.
