He has a really warm, friendly and professional manner. So far, a great sales experience from this Miles&Barr Branch. As a FTB I was fairly apprehensive and certainly new to the process of buying a house. Reuben showed us around the property twice, and instantly came across as friendly and likeable, making each viewing a breeze and quite a laugh too! Very professional and organised, he was instrumental in creating an atmosphere where we could enjoy viewing the house - and was certainly our favourite estate agent we had in our search of a property. Once I had interest in the property I was sent over to Maddie, who quite literally saved the day in what is a very turbulent market at the moment. Very contactable and incredibly knowledgable, she was instrumental in getting an agreeable offer between myself and the vendor. I don't usually write reviews so I hope this goes to show the good impression they have left with me and my family. All the best for the future guys! PS: Just note their head office (not this branch), calls with ID checks and attempts to sign you up to the solictors and finanical brokers. Make sure the property is the one you want, the offer is accepted, and you have the finances ready to proceed as I don't believe these services refundable and they are (the head office - not the branch) eager to get you on board with these comission based products/services.

We had a couple of viewings with Reuben @ Miles & Barr. Really nice guy, helpful, polite and punctual. Unfortunately the property wasn't for us but we hope to deal with him again as our search continues.

Have recently sold my property with the minimum of fuss by Maddie & Reuben of Miles & Barr Herne Bay in approximately 3 weeks. Cannot speak higher of their expertise and patience during the process, Would certainly recommend them to anyone. Lovely video too.

Reuben is probably the most helpful engaging estate agent I have ever met. Reuben facilitated several viewings for me and although I wasn’t able to find my perfect property he was always helpful and positive throughout. Reuben is a young man obviously at the start of his career . I’m sure he will be very successful .

Excellent help and guidance from Melissa at Miles and Barr Ramsgate. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept the ball rolling with the solicitors. Very grateful for her continuous help and she was always there at the end of the phone when I was stressed. Thank you so much Melissa, I can definitely recommend you for the future.
