Having commenced and then aborted a proposed house move I have found Miles and Barr to be very pleasant to deal with. My first contact was with Reuben who was charming and calming, both necessary in this game. Then Aliyah came to my home last week and she was lovely, friendly and professional. She gave me a lot of very useful information, which I had not considered, which assisted greatly in my decision process. Miles & Barr have been very helpful from the beginning, they were always on board and quick to arrange for us to go back and view (3x in total ) it was never any problem. Reuben was always so welcoming and hit it off with my Grandma who absolutely adored him. The sales team have been very good Melissa was amazing at keeping everyone updated and chasing things to help speed up our purchase. We wanted to get everything sorted and threw a date that only gave a few days notice they were very quick to get the other side on board and allow this all to be complete this side of Christmas.
