It’s a pleasure to be able to share our views on the service we received from you during our recent sale and purchase of our new home. From start to finish all the staff at Miles & Barr were extremely helpful, from updating us on progress to showing us around our new home. We made several visits to the office, which were always a pleasure and any queries we had were always dealt with promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Mikes & Barr again should we need your services in the future.

My experience with Miles & Barr Herne Bay was excellent! From viewing to purchasing. All the staff that I had contact with were professional, friendly and willing to help with my process of moving to Herne Bay. Frequent updates were so helpful, giving me reassurance that all was in good hands. It was a nice touch when collecting the keys from them to receive a welcome package. Thank you all so much! The experience was outstanding! Joe, Reuben, Maddie and Alex were all great and helped me throughout the whole sale process, and helped the sale move very quickly, I am looking forward to moving into my new house!

I found both senior valuers from the Commercial and Residential teams very attentive, knowledgeable and they quickly gained a clear understanding of what I wanted to achieve. Their experience in explaining the current property markets and the predicted trends was very helpful for me to evaluate our property sale. They were also very helpful in recommending other professionals to assist me too and good to work with them.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Miles & Barr Herne Bay from the initial property evaluation, through to lisiting, viewings and eventually the sale. Communication throughout the whole process has been excellent especially from the point when the sale of the property was agreed through to the eventual completion. Would highly recommend the team.
