Sawyer & Co - Brighton

Sawyer is the best estate agency in Brighton. We had a great experience with Hassen that has accompanied us in the sale in our beloved flat in Preston Park. A great deal of professionalism and accountability. He / They come with my highest recommendation!

Esme was our letting negotiator and we couldn’t be happier - the whole process was honest, personal, friendly, and smooth. Other colleagues were also extremely pleasant and efficient. Thank you!

One of the greatest agency I dealt with

The way that they deal with people. The staff are friendly and professional at the sane time. They are very proactive. They have recently dealt with our rental and have kept us updated, every step if the way. We would like to thank all the rental team, especially Paige, who was always ready to help and advise.

Selling a home through this pandemic has been a journey made a whole lot easier by Sawyer & Co. They have been so professional, helpful, courteous, patient and effective. Throughout the process I was supported by many of the team, all helpful and professional, but feel I should thank John White for his stellar service throughout, and Bob Beaken for finishing the deal. I would definitely use this business’s services next time I move.

I can only comment on my own experience with Sawyer and Co. I found the staff very polite, friendly and attentive. They did introduce themselves and always responded to my enquiries efficiently and professionally. I have only dealt with Sawyer & Co for a relatively short time but I must say they have been very helpful and always taken the time and effort to resolve any issues that we have had. I am not one to leave reviews generally, but on this occasion, I genuinely felt that they deserved some positive feedback! I fully understand that not everyone has had a great experience but I truly have. I am a firm believer that sometimes people are having a bad day, and we never know what is going on in their lives. I am delighted by the service that I have received and would recommend them without hesitation. I'm sorry to hear that some people haven't enjoyed the same service as myself, but sometimes they are under extreme pressure. I will very happily continue to deal with Sawyers!

I'm very happy with service the Agency is offering. Couldn't find the better one! Highly recommended. Especially thank you for director Kerry-Anne and Grace for being so helpful.

Great team of staff and very helpful from my first enquiry. Kept up to speed at every stage of the application process. Top service 💁‍♂️ …
