Emma is really efficient and helpful. We found several problems after we moved in and some of them did cause us inconvenience. Emma is so efficient that she fixed the problems and arranged the related contractors to contact us in just 2 days. I'm so pleased to have her as our property manager!

Awesome service from Emma throughout the tenancy - very quick with any issues. Only negative was when flat I was renting was sold, there was a lack of interest in assisting with funding a new place. In general tho, the best agency I have dealt with in Brighton!
