I submitted an urgent repair due to a leaky boiler on Saturday via the company's portal, and also contacted their out of hours phone number. Angela got on the phone, and got an engineer out just over an hour after we spoke. The engineer diagnosed the problem, told me the temporary solution to reduce the leak, and said he would be back to replace the damaged part. Could not have asked more from Angela, brilliqnt service
