I’ve had a fantastic experience letting out my property through Brunton’s. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely reassuring. Kieran, who carried out the valuation, was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable — he gave clear, honest advice and set the tone for the excellent service that followed. Chloe handled all the email communication, and she was absolutely brilliant — always prompt, friendly, and super organised, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to the whole team for finding reliable tenants so quickly and for making everything feel easy and well-managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Five stars all round!

My experience with the Jesmond team has been overwhelmingly positive. Everything from the initial interactions working through my property shortlist, viewings, property application and then getting the contract singed was effortless for me. Over this period I spoke with multiple members of the Jesmond team and their willingness and positivity was always clearly front and centre. A really passionate office who take what they do personally. Thank you so much for matching me up with my dream house!
Chloe and Rebekah were very helpful with moving in and got us our keys promptly. Thank you 😊 …
