I recently had a viewing with this estate agency, and I was disappointed with the experience. The person conducting the viewing seemed unfamiliar with the property's features and couldn't provide me with the information I needed. Additionally, there was an issue with their personal hygiene, which made the interaction uncomfortable. It's essential for a reputable estate agency to employ knowledgeable staff who can represent their properties effectively. Cowboys

Very poor service from Nejc. Didn’t know key details upon moving in and did not make us aware of hidden charges that we needed to subsequently pay. Staff are rude and incompetent. Does not act in the best interest of tenants. Be VERY careful upon check in/check out – The reports are geared to trap you into paying as much as possible from your deposit. Agents lied about professional clean and are now dragging the claim process out to bully us into paying the cleaning fees which are bogus. Quoted a figure for top up cleaning which was disputed, tried to then claim MORE of deposit through DPS service. Avoid at all costs.

Awful, avoid at all costs. Basic repairs not completed (at all, let alone with a delay) very very dirty on moving in, horrendously unorganised and will try to keep your deposit with no justification. Seriously, avoid at all costs

Very poor lettings agent - response times are extremely slow / non-existent, constantly requiring follow-up emails and calls. Last time I contacted them and chased they took over a month to respond.

Called as soon as the property went onto the market to be told that the person dealing with this property was not in office and to email which I did.. twice! And no respons! And I called every day 3 days afterwards and had received the same response each time. I also left my name and number for someone to call me and again no one called me only to be told on day 4 that viewings had already been taken and won’t be accepting anymore. Absolutely rubbish customer service and won’t be dealing with these guys again.
