My roommate and i, were searching for a flat in london. Due to the high demand, we were struggling to do soo. Even though the first offer didn’t come through because the current tenants decided to stay in the property , he has gone above and beyond to find us the perfect place to stay that suited both our budget and our moving date. He was willing to do virtual tours while we were away while also in person viewings. He has helped us in every way possible and has done everything he could to meet our requirements

I am a student from Cyprus and i was looking for a place to stay in London. After a lot of calls George T Ioannou and his office were the first who answered to me and tried to help me with any cost. He is a very helpful and willing to do his best in order to find you a perfect place to stay. Ellis & Co were able to sell my flat and push the sale through at the price I wanted and in a time period I wasn't sure would be achievable. Tariq in particular was amazing and efficient throughout the entire process. Flat sold at the right price and sold well within my timeframe. No complaints and easy people to deal with.
