I have used Michael Anthony (Hemel Branch) to sell my last 2 properties. Each time I asked another agent or 2 to also Value my property and explain their service offerings. Both times Michael Anthony came across distinctly superior to the rest. Ian Hart was impeccably professional when attending the Valuation; with extensive knowledge on the current market and advice on how best to pitch my property. Lara, Tom and Charlotte conducted the viewings with exemplary professionalism, and provided me with detailed feedback immediately after each viewing.
