We have recently completed our move with 9 people in our chain! We put our house up for sale with the Wellingborough branch and had several viewings straight away, we sold it in approx 3 weeks, brilliant response in letting us know the views on the prospective buyers. We found our new home through them too (Irthlingborough branch), both branches were very helpful ... From the moment they walked through the door to completion, they were outstanding and provided everything you need from an Agent - regular contact, good advice, friendly staff and a lot of viewings! I would highly recommend Richard James - a very professional team and definitely not like the stereotypical Estate Agent! In particular, Richard, one of the Directors, was always on hand from the initial valuation right through to giving me advice on how to deal with the solicitors upon completion.
