Just returned home from an amazing 4 day get away at ‘Stay be the sea’. As a hen do party of 12, the property is well equipped, spacious and perfect for hosting. Lots of seating so we were able to all be together when eating etc, huge bedrooms and super comfy beds. Large bathrooms and lovely hot showers. 2 parking spaces directly out the front which was a bonus and 2 min walk to car park on the front for any extra cars. The location is fantastic, in between south and central pier and almost directly on the promenade made it easy to get about, plus a tram stop almost opposite made it even better. So pleased we booked this place, it made our stay all the more memorable. Big shout out to Beth who was always at the end of the phone for any questions or messages and was super prompt at answering. Can’t recommend ‘stay by the sea’ enough!

DDM helped me with the sale of my mum's property when she passed away in February. She was on palliative care so they helped me from December to get things in place and to confirm the best option for me was the new Auction and I have to say they were so helpful and patient with me and helped me throughout the process even with difficulties that arose. I must tell everyone though, if your property or your parents property has foam spray and you intend to sell you must get it removed or no lender will give a mortgage on it. Unfortunately we knew mum had been scammed to have this installed and it did cost nearly £3,000 to have it removed and then we had to have a survey to confirm there was not damp in the room. This was the most stressful in the whole sale. The Auction team were amazing and the solicitors they use where great. THANK YOU to all the team involved in this transaction, it was a very sad time for me and difficult after 57 years in the property but they made it easy for m.

I called up Harris and Co to book a load of bookings to view properties on 28/05/26. I spoke to Gemma who was very professional/polite and helpful. When I arrived at the property 15 minutes early Emma was there waiting for me already. Again Emma was professional/polite and happy to answer all my questions, she showed me round 6 properties in the morning and had a mound of knowledge about them all. After I viewed the last property of the morning I called into the office unannounced and was greeted with a professional welcome. I met Gemma and asked if there’s any other properties that I could view in the afternoon, I explained what I was looking for and Gemma happily got me some more bookings. She also explained and that Harris and co manage properties as well which is something I was looking for.
