We found Northwood a reassuring and professional organisation in dealing with ourself’s no matter what the problem was or was not. we found all the staff that we had dealings with in person or via the telephone to have a pleasant and professional approach one of the Directors Steve who we met on several occasions was more than happy to explain to us various options in going forward in regards to Housing and Sarah from the office was always on hand to answer any queries that we may of had all emails were responded to and all calls were returned to us if we could not speak to the person concerned at the time. All in all a very professional approach to us and yes we would highly recommend in their usage by us and others......

Unbelievably awful. Won't fix things in a timely manner, happy to leave you with no boiler for 3 weeks. Doesn't update your contract and leaves you as a renter in danger of eviction. Can't do their jobs properly and don't care about the customer at all.

Very bad company, never return calls.

Would never buy another property again from them. Buying a place is stressful enough. But this company seems determined to make it as stressful as possible. They never reply to emails you call them and always get told the manager is in a meeting and she will call you back but never does. She clearly thinks she's above every one as she refused to speak to us on many occasions and only wanted to speak to our mortgage broker. Absent staff with no real notion of what customer service is. Barry Sparks was good but Barry is not there any further. We had water leaking through our fire alarm from the bathroom for months before they fixed it, water in the light fixtures. Constant chasing for repairs, answers or references. Hello guys i don’t recommend deciding to buy/rent this house It has lots of rats and they wont let you sleep all night.

Having applied to rent a house through this agency they were useless at every stage. Quick to take our money for non exsitant searches and lied and as over reviews state above. Rented a similar property within hours through another local agent. NORTHWOOD an absolute no no in my book totally useless and rude

"Worst customer service..."

Worst customer service I've ever come across. Attended a viewing with an utterly miserable and unhelpful woman. I then attempted to show interest in making an offer on a property and I sent emails to express my interest which were simply never responded to. AVOID THIS AGENCY if you actually want anything done.
