There’s bad reviews and then there’s this. Keeping it short and simple as a 2 page complaint email has been sent. *Picture attached to attract more readers*. Arranged viewing with branch owner Gary, broke GDPR regulations when attaching someone else’s details and their forms in the first email of the chain. Consultant named Kelsey who “waited 1.5 hours outside the building after having no shows”, didn’t know the location of the flat and where it was, most importantly had the incorrect keys resulting in no viewing and a waste of my time overall. Apologised and said her goodbyes. As simple as it gets. I look back at this experience yesterday and all I can do is laugh. There’s bound to be mistakes however, they must try and resolve it by going above and beyond after messing two professional individuals around like this and when the opportunity is presented. Refusing to visit the office - 10 minutes away from said flat. Refusing to show another flat - so we could imagine the layout and if happy, put deposit down. So many of other things they could’ve done. Would never recommend to anyone. Worst agency with so much lack of professionalism, sympathy and preparation.

Terrible customer service. Called on the Monday to book a viewing of a property. The rep could not tell the room sizes for the bedrooms but said we would come and view on Thursday. No response to email so called today, Wednesday to be told viewing all booked as alot of instead. A email or call would have been nice! Only came on the market Monday. So I've called and told viewings full booked. Oh we got your email but didn't answer. Not very professional at all.

Your blonde lettings agent is incredibly rude. Blocked my drive and argued with me when I asked her to move. She then went on to park on a double yellow line! Very nasty woman. I will not even consider using this company when I sell.

So so unprofessional .they believe in all that landlord say when she is a horrible person. Very rude in the company . . I will make sure bad reviews go every were ..and be aware they still you deposit moneyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This letting agent are apalling. You try and call to register a problem/invitation for an inspection, you get greeted with an answering service who claims to take your message to pass on, however they must be sent by carrier pigeon as you never hear back if you hear from them they aren't very helpful. Don't waste your time or money.

Simon Wakefield wasn’t professional at all!! In fact was quite rude to me over email. Was very disappointed as I had deposit ready and was a genuine customer.

Misleading information. Advertising new house but needed to wait for the tenants to move out. Letting criteria is a matter of ones opinion, different person - different criteria.
