First contacted Martin and Co whilst searching for a place to rent. My main contact was and still is Poppy. Extremely friendly and professional and took me through the whole process with ease. Explained everything I needed to know. They contacted all the relevant people, from referencing (which was simple to complete) water, electricity and council tax. Even now I have moved in I received a follow up call to enquire if I was OK and did I have any problems. Also given the assurance that they are there for me should I need them in the future. Renting through Martin & Co has been a pleasure so far, they use a third party for the inventory at both the start and finish of your tenancy so there is no worry of the usual deductions from your deposit due to something ridiculous like I had with JSM/Goddard a few years ago. The communication has been fantastic throughout and although they maybe one of the more expensive agents 'all-in' so far I think they are definitely worth it!
