Very good service, would recommend. I used Northwood Aberdeen for selling an empty property in Sunnyside Road, and they were able to assist with clearance/repairs/maintenance during the sale period all at reasonable costs. Other Aberdeen companies that I have experienced are both less willing to be helpful for what they see as unwelcome work like clearance/repairs/maintenance, and then if/when they actually do that work end up being expensive. Especially helpful was Ali MacGrory, property co-ordinator for sales at Northwood Aberdeen. Andrew Fraser.

Over the past 3 years, we have had significant dealings with Northwood in multiple roles and throughout this time have been left thoroughly impressed with their service offering, and ability to handle our property while we moved and lived overseas. We initially engaged Northwood Aberdeen to take our property on as a Guaranteed Rental property, and they were absolutely fantastic for us - guiding us each step of the way on what was required for us to complete as first-time landlords, and helping us get our property in compliance. They swiftly found us good tenants while we were living overseas, and kept us informed of any issues in a prompt and timely manner. Fast forward two years, and we decided that the time had come to sell our property, and so we engaged Northwood Estate Agency with Laura Mearns, who personally oversaw our property listing, and successful sale. Although COVID delayed this a couple of months, the feedback and dedication from Northwood throughout was faultless. Being able to permanently leave the UK, and leave a property in the hands of someone else, requires a significant amount of trust, and confidence, but Northwood always left us feeling that our property was in their safe hands - and so it proved to be. As they expand their Estate Agency portfolio, we can only wish them the best of luck - they deserve to be successful, because from our experience, their philosophy on how to do business has been spot-on. During 3 years of tenancy, haven’t had any issue. Scott Morrison was very helpful and responded promptly to any queries. At the end, got my full deposit refunded. Great experience.
