However, with Laura's many years of experience she was able to advise me on the correct wording to write to the landlord to ask for a reasonable decrease on the rent for my rental extension, to reflect current market conditions and my willingness to rent long term. I am delighted to report that they thought my request reasonable and we saved £200 per month! Very pleased with the service I received from Northwood. I chose the Guaranteed Rent Scheme. A tenant was found very quickly and the move in went effortlessly. Such a relief that Northwood will be managing the property for the next 12 months and I will receive regular monthly payments. Special mention to Alicja who handled all my questions professionally, timely and politely.

I cannot stress enough how diabolical this company are. Absolutely negligent to both their landlords and tenants. Happy to cause extensive damage to property by not maintaining or repairing issues (including known water leaks) for many, many months that they are contracted to oversee, leaving landlords out of pocket with extensive damage to fix and tenants living in squalor. Won't respond to emails for weeks, don't return calls, ever. Will not acknowledge their repeat failings, will cost you vast sums of money due to their incompetence and neglegance. It's management companies this that give landlords a bad name.

Viewed Walker road flat for rent last week, asked for application form, still nothing through but have had various emails regarding booking a time to view the flat again, agent was not able to answer many questions and asked me to put them in the application form which has yet to be received. No wonder the property has been empty since December.

For four years of my tenancy, I have not had a single month without any problem in the flat that they either ignored for as long as possible, or for which repair I waited way too long. This agency is not supportive, nor reliable in any way.
