As a prospective, first-time landlord we received excellent advice from Northwood on the Aberdeen rental market whilst searching for a property. They gave straightforward and honest information on the on pros and cons of different areas and property types, as well as the potential for returns.

I cannot stress enough how diabolical this company are. Absolutely negligent to both their landlords and tenants. Happy to cause extensive damage to property by not maintaining or repairing issues (including known water leaks) for many, many months that they are contracted to oversee, leaving landlords out of pocket with extensive damage to fix and tenants living in squalor. Won't respond to emails for weeks, don't return calls, ever. Will not acknowledge their repeat failings, will cost you vast sums of money due to their incompetence and neglegance. It's management companies this that give landlords a bad name.

Viewed Walker road flat for rent last week, asked for application form, still nothing through but have had various emails regarding booking a time to view the flat again, agent was not able to answer many questions and asked me to put them in the application form which has yet to be received. No wonder the property has been empty since December.
