We recently purchased a house that Perry Bishop were the acting Estate Agent for and we found them to be extremely helpful; from the beginning they went out of their way to get me a viewing at the house we liked at very short notice as we had a small window available to us to fit in the viewing. Once our offer was accepted we found them to be very professional and very good at communicating with us as the purchase processed. I was in regular contact with Lucy in the Sales Progression team and found her extremely helpful and professional. They were certainly a much better example of good customer service over the Estate Agent I had used for the sale of my previous property. I was a it unsure when I first spoke to an estate agent from Perry Bishop due to the tone of their voice, however the Sales Progression Team have been excellent in their work, very professional and kind in the work that they have done.

We bought a house from Perry Bishop in 2019. Offer was accepted in End of May and we got the key in early August, which is supper quick compared with the national average. I am very pleased with their service as a buyer. We were going to do an loft extension to the house at that time and we tried to combine the design process with the conveyancing process. So we requested to take architect, builders, surveyors and planning officers to visit the house quite a few times and they tried their best to accommodate our requests and really helped us to run the whole project as smoothly as possible. We managed to get planning permission just before completion and on the the day we completed the house we handed over the key to our builder to start with the construction. 3 months later, we completed the construction in early December. Very quick turnaround. We recommend their service and would definitely buy from them again (Of course, when we have the money. )
