Leanne was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Always returned calls and emails quickly. I would definitely recommend Leanne and the team. My only negative comment is that we used the solicitor suggested by Michael Poole. They made what should have been an easy transaction very difficult and stressful. We had to rely on Leanne to help chase things, which she always did with a smile.

Having dealt with vatious local agents, this branch is one of the best for quick responses to emails and enquiries. The phone is always answered, Ive never had to leave a voicemail for a call back. Jack emails me back in a very timely manner and offers to talk me through the process.
