From start to finish I’ve had a brilliant experience with anyone I’ve had to speak to at Michael Poole but, in particular, Oliver Anderson. He was always great at calling me back, or responding to my emails before I’d even viewed my new rental property. I then met him to view it and he was friendly and approachable but professional too. We decided to apply for the house and during that whole process Oliver was there to advise and help if it was needed. Very pleased with service from start to finish. Jack and leanne were superb. Can't fault them,always got feedback from viewings,professional from start to finish. My only concern was the solicitors that were recommended,they needed a bomb behind them.
