From helping us through the offer being accepted to supporting us with the ongoing process, he’s been constantly on the ball and always keeping things moving. He’s been great at chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and making the whole process feel much less stressful. Really appreciate all his help so far and would definitely recommend him.

Karl Tatler in Prenton just sold our house in 10days, the lady who was assigned to our property was Scarlett Frost, we cannot praise her enough, nothing was ever to much trouble, whenever we contacted her with a query it was dealt with straight away, she was always pleasant and super helpful, she is a absolute credit to her profession and Karl Tatler are lucky to have her, she really is a asset to their company….
