Because of the market conditions it took a long time to sell my house, with a number of near misses. The owner Andrew and the staff, Karen, Beth, Zoe, Hannah, were always polite and helpful. If I can make a suggestion for improvement, from my point of view, I would have preferred to be dealing with one or two people so that I could feel a continuity of contact. Overall I was very happy with this independent and local estate agent with a good knowledge of their catchment area.
