People are often quick to leave a negative review however a bit slower when they have a good experiance. I have dealt with quite a few agents throughout the last 2/3 years in the search for a property and can safely say that Karl Tatler were the most professional and the easiest to deal with. I dealt mostly with Scarlett and she was so patient and always willing to help. I appreciate she was probably busy a lot in office but nothing was ever too much to ask. I spoke to others a few times too and in general everyone was brilliant.

Brad went above and beyond from when we met him at the first house viewing to regular texts answering queries we had, to the negotiations and finally the purchase of our house. Once the sale had been agreed he kept us sane while delay after delay by solicitors and other people in the link changed dates, eventually joining in the excitement when we finally got the sale over the line. We bought a house through Meyers Shaftesbury and it was an excellent experience, Brad kept us up to date throughout the process, helping to expedite things and giving contact information for surveyors etc. who were all great companies to work with as well.
