The valuation was higher than my expectation and the final sale price was very reasonable (even higher than another agent's asking price). The whole sale process was very pleasant and they are always reachable. They were very active to arrange viewings (I got 4 views in one day!). They also gave professional advice about the offer received and buyer details. During the difficult COVID-19 time, they updated me regularly in the whole process and made me very relax.
