Great service. Property only on sale 10 days and 2 offers made. This is due to the proactiveness and efficiency of the friendly, helpful staff in the Prenton office, in particular Octavia. Nothing was too much trouble, lines of communication excellent, made the whole process very smooth and trouble ftee. Thank you Prenton staff, especially Octavia who has been so professional, courteous and a joy to deal with.

Both Jo And Jack were very attentive during the process of selling my late mother's property. They met twice at the property to consider different strategies for obtaining a sale in which has proved to be a tricky 12 months for house buying. Jack has liaised closely with myself and provided timely updates about prospective purchasers.

Amy from the Prenton office worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for our house which in this current climate was an amazing achievement. She was always so positive, cheerful and upbeat and I felt she was working so hard for us to secure the sale. I had every confidence in her and didn’t once doubt that we would eventually find a buyer. What can I say? Karl Tatler have been brilliant. I am a skeptic at heart, and very rarely leave reviews. However, the advice provided by staff have been brilliant. I would like to mention Elle Moss for her wonderful skills in helping me renting a property - she was professional, intelligent and well adapt to my questions. I have been shown many properties, yet this individual sold it to me, how she has not been given a promotion is beyond me. (I personally recommend she is given one). strictly professional, and always willing to go beyond the extra mile. This is rare, and I would recommend anyone who wished to rent, with Karl Tatler to do so, and if possible to ask for Elle Moss. I am a Landlord and use Karl Tatler to manage my property, as i am based overseas I am heavily dependent on communication and updated from the managing agent - Lauren Carleton has been fantastic with providing me with regular updates, inspections reports and pictures and is very responsive. I also had a list of works that needed to be carried out and Lauren arranged for quotes and for the work to be completed timely which was fantastic. I wish I had appointed Karl Tatler earlier having had a bad experience with a prior agent.
