Kyle came to my house to value it, and explained the benefits of going with Karl Tater. I considered his and other estate agents' valuations etc, and decided to go with his. Kyle returned a couple of days later to take photos, and within two hours of him doing so the house was for sale online. Olivia from the office phoned me to introduce herself, and arranged for my first viewing for five days later, where the buyer put in an offer of the asking price which I accepted. Kyle and Olivia have both been brilliant.
