Myself and my partner have just completed on a house with yourselves (Cambridge road) and I just wanted to send you some feedback about our experience and how we got the house! Long story short, we had an offer accepted on a property with your bebington branch, St Andrews road, so we were ready for a pretty big project! It fell through and I received a call from Jack McCormick asking me what I was looking for and admittedly I really hate the emails / calls from estate agents as I have always found them quite annoying! I reluctantly told Jack what I was looking for and said I’m okay looking for myself but he sent me over some properties to look at anyway (we were looking for Reno properties 150-200k which we could put 30/40k into and make 50k+ so not easy to come by) Jack sent us a few which I kept rejecting saying it wasn’t what we were looking for, and he continued to look for us, and sent us over Cambridge road which was £100k above our budget, but said he really thinks we should view it as it’s a really good opportunity! (We never would have looked at a house in this range so we never would have come across it) Even my partner said what’s the point we aren’t looking at that price range but we did anyway off his recommendation and the fact he was taking his time to look into a property right for us and we fell in love with it the second we seen it! We both walked out of the property and said it was so refreshing viewing a house with an agent who actually knew what he was talking about and was genuinely interested in the house! From start to finish Jack was available to us whenever we requested a visit or wanted any info and having dealt with many different estate agents and even various agents within KT, (I’ve sold my houses with you twice and bought once) we genuinely haven’t dealt with anybody as good as Jack, so we just wanted to make sure we acknowledge his hard work and send our Thanks as without his persistence and genuine interest we would never have viewed / bought this property!
