Totally unacceptable behaviour from this estate agent who continue to repeatedly list a property that the vendor has not sold despite an agreed offer being in place for two and a half years at least. This property has been on the market at least three years and has had a agreed offer twice but the vendor is incapable of finding a property in all that time. This has left a purchaser out of pocket to the tune of £50K. The vendor even asked for more money as the market moved on. If estate agents wonder why they have such a bad reputation, look no further than the morally indefensible behaviour here. They care not one bit for integrity but just want the commission money. This particular vendor should be barred, but Symonds and Sampson allow it to continue.
