Fantastic service from the whole team from start to finish. They gave clear and easy to understand explanation of how they had valued my property with lots of comparison examples. Sadly I had two sales fall through due to buyers changing their minds - the ilminster team, however, acted extremely efficiently and worked hard to get it sold again. I was kept extremely well informed all the way through. The sales progression process was the best I have ever seen.
