She was our point of contact throughout the purchase which turned out to be a quite lengthy process. Absolutely fantastic agents. Kirsty came out and was so helpful advising on whether we should make certain improvements to the house before selling and how much to put it on for - we were totally clueless. Molly was lovely and always answered my questions quickly. The photos and listing for the house were exactly what we were hoping for and we quickly had an offer we accepted. Everything was very smooth with the sale and they kept us updated at every point. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have an older character property.

This is one of those rare times I wish I could somehow rate this review 10 stars out of 5. My partner and I have both recently sold our houses and then spent several months working with real estate agents to try and find a potential new home. So, you can imagine how many agents we have dealt with in this time (probably pushing on 25). Obviously, you would expect some ranging levels of customer service and perhaps competency when dealing with so many agents. However, it’s not until you meet someone so knowledgeable, respectful and who obviously has a love for property in general that you realise you are dealing with a true professional. Not to mention someone who has done their homework on the property in question, do you realise that this branch of Symonds and Sampson’s is in a league of their own. I say the ‘branch’ as we initially dealt with Rebecca, then Molly and then Georgie and the transition and professionalism were seamless between them all. This is very rare in my experience and is testament to the training and possible recruitment policy of S&S.
