I viewed a house advertised for sale by Whitegates and the staff were very professional in their handling of the viewing and the sale. They asked for what they needed in a clear and transparent manner and always responded very quickly. They also answered any questions I had in a very good turnaround timescale.

We recently purchased a property from whitegates, found them easy to deal with, polite and professional. At times we found them a little slow to respond back to questions/queries but as we were first time buyers and had very little to communicate to the estate agents nor were we in a rush so it wasn’t a massive issue. I would recommend them and would use them again if ever we were to sell and buy another property.

Myself and my partner recently brought a house through whitegates and they were great they were very helpful and professional. they were patient with a difficult vendor on occasion who was reluctant to move and we were pushing to move in they were also great in moving things along when they were taking taking to long. tom was great with my multiple phone calls having to ask them to move things along with the vendor. they also were very good on moving day making sure that everything was done fairly.

I recently sold my house with Whitegates. They offer a good value for money service with a friendly and helpful team. Thanks to Dawn for her hard work and her refreshingly honest approach to the valuation and sale of my property.
