Despite the slow market, Webber's Ilfracombe did an excellent job of marketing my property and pushing the sale before the dreaded stamp duty rise. The staff are always friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased my property through them eight years ago and sold it with them more recently, and in both circumstances, they have excelled. The only thing to note when listing your property is that they automatically list it twice under an Over 50s scheme. If your property isn't suitable for this scheme, I'd recommend that it be excluded from this scheme since it can skew the pricing on Rightmove.

Webbers are that rare thing - an estate agent who actually support you and follow up proactively as opposed to simply conducting a transaction. Grant and Lee were in regular contact and kept on top of the details of our purchase. And when difficulties arose they were unflappable and persevered where others would have given up (I speak from experience).

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you both, but especially to Brendan for his patience and tireless efforts to get our sale over the line. I’m sure you would agree that residential property sales are rarely a smooth and easy task and this sale, although on the face of it should have been plane sailing, proved the point.
