Grant and Lee were in regular contact and kept on top of the details of our purchase. And when difficulties arose they were unflappable and persevered where others would have given up (I speak from experience).

He was professional yet so very personable and went above and beyond for us. By the time we moved house, we almost felt sad that our communication with him was over. He walked a journey with us and shared in our moments of joy when our offer was accepted, and was so supportive in the disappointing days when our house move was delayed. He showed so much genuine interest in both us and the elderly couple we were buying from. He seemed to know exactly what to say and it was very evident that he cared about all his clients. John communicated effectively and was always quick to respond to messages. He often checked in with us to see how we were and he worked tirelessly with other agents and solicitors down the chain to get the job done. The words above do not give justice to the gratitude we feel or to expertise, kindness and character of John, but we hope that our thoughts will be passed on and that he will be recognised because he is an absolute asset to your company and is an example to estate agents world wide of excellence, integrity and client commitment. Also Sharon at the maintenance office has been supportive since I moved in and had some complaints but she did follow-up with the right person's to make sure my complaints are attended to and solved.
