My wife and I had the most pleasant experience. We went for a viewing and within a few days we had moved in all thanks to Andrea. She was so helpful and friendly. She was willing to help us with everything we didn’t understand as it was our first time moving into a property.

I have been looking for renting a house close to my son's school and Payne&Co have helped me do achieve this. Very professional, prompt and responsible staff. Moving in was very smooth and the property was in best condition of all the properties I have rented before. Amazing work, Thank you Payne&Co.
