Thomas Morris - Huntingdon

Scott keeps me informed, responds to queries in a timely manner.

Scott has been brilliant, from my initial discussion about the property, listening to his advice, through to the photos and video, a fully professional service.

Really Recommend Sarah mains, extremely happy with the service provided by Elliot Scott who has helped me and my partner get our first home together! Really quick and efficient and has made our move so easy and stress free!

Excellent service from start to finish, within the first two weeks of putting my flat on the market, I had more than 10 viewings amd was able to find a buyer. Jane from sales progression was very helpful and helped with selling most of my furniture to the new buyer.

Graham was fantastic showing us around a property we viewed last weekend. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and his willingness to assist us not only during the viewing but also in addressing follow-up questions could make a big difference in our home-buying journey.. A good real estate agent can indeed make the process of searching for a house significantly smoother and more enjoyable.

The team at Sarah Mains I’ve found to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and have been a great support to me as a new landlord.

I can't recommend Sarah Mains highly enough. Although still in my property selling/buying journey, all of the staff have been so professional throughout. Lucy has continued to check in with me on a regular basis, offering kind words of support and encouragement and with a genuine interest in everything going on. Would thoroughly recommend!

Andrew Boreland was fantastic in selling my apartment. Sold promptly and kept me updated with how the sale was progressing.

I was very worried about renting out my house and what to expect but Scott and the rental team have been absolutely brilliant throughout. Possible tenants were found very quickly and shortlisted and chosen without fuss. I’ve been kept up to date with developments at every stage so always felt in control. I’d recommend in a heartbeat.

I use Sarah Mains as letting agent to let out a house of mine. So far they have been fantastic. Professional and responsive. And Scott has been able to answer all questions and queries as needed. Would recommend.
