I spoke with Joe and explained what we were after- he got it instantly. We arranged some visits and he emailed with a suggested property as soon as it came on the market, he knew it ticked my boxes. We visited and then arranged to go back the following day. Joe was understanding and helpful. After negotiations we got our house. We’re first time buyers so Joe has provided invaluable support, answered the stupid questions, been a bouncing board, dealt with all our queries quickly and worked tirelessly to contact the other agent/solicitor involved with our chain who were providing little support to our vendor. I can’t rate Joe highly enough, he’s definitely going to be the first person I call when it comes to house number two...
