As first time landlord, I’m really happy from initial visit to secure tenant within 2 weeks. On the valuation day, Scott took time to listen to me and our plan for the property. Then shared the market insights and very valuable opinions which comes from experience. Agreed on the strategy and put it on the market the same week after initial visit. I was informed every stage and whole team was there to answer my questions during the process. Secured tenants within 2 weeks and signed the contract. Highly recommend Sarah Mains
