They expect a disabled woman to go into the attic, into a badly fitted boiler cupboard to sort the pressure on the boiler as i now have no hot water or heating, when they know full well the boiler us faulty and needs fixing properly.

Under valued my property by around £110.000

Appalling company to deal with. Always unprofessional, rude and constantly in denial or gaslighting tenants. There were valid issues with the property which were raised and basically we were told we were lying and they would take no responsibility for any of them... Eg unclean cooker, boiler which is STILL not working properly and has to be refilled pressure almost daily since my sister moved in over 2 weeks ago. Just so stressful having to deal with them. I've never know such incompetence ... Every single person we have dealt with has been tht exact same. To be treated so rudely and appallingly is a disgrace.... Clearly untrained in customer service and horrendous client facing skills. Queue the Whitegates person who tells us it's all our fault..... And takes no responsibility..!!!

Awful place. Avoid at all costs. Do not care about their tenants and are poor at sorting any repairs - even ones that are a heath and safety risk response: unfortunately at the time of any issues you are not bothered, only when you receive a review do you seem slightly interested

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this company, wanted to view a property and I was only available on the weekend due to not being able to finish work till 5:30. They told me they can’t do a 6 showing on the weekday due to no one basically wanting to do it. Refused also to do weekend viewing even though they are open on the weekends till 1pm!!! Potentially missed out on a propert because of their unprofessionalism! If you cba doing your Job then just say that! Instead of making ridiculous excuses.

I absolutely love my new property but the absolutely worst feature is having to deal with rude, patronising and sheer mean staff at whitegates huddersfield. Their behaviour is really strange towards me and really off. I have never in my life ever been treated like this as I am a good tenant, my previous landlord being on very good terms with him for instance. Had disgraceful attitude to a boiler that they will not fix so having to tell kirklees council to complain about them Further to the response from whitegates I hope people will make their own minds up about how real or relevant my complaints are/were, and although I am still having problems with the boiler it isn't fixed yet. It still stands that I feel the house is beautiful and hope to live here with as little contact with whitegates as possible so that I can enjoy my tenancy here.

This is clearly not the case, we have recorded conversations and emails which are contrary to the writer's review. We have explained in regards to the boiler that the engineer has ordered a new part which will not arrive on Saturday afternoon! Unprecedented times indeed!

They have the worst people in customer service in Huddersfield , Everytime i rang them regarding anything they were a huge disappointment. Looks like they were hired to tell off people.extremely rude staff Agency is not doing any repairs work neither they get u in contact with the landlord. So u have no option but to do everything yourself.

I am afraid this is incorrect. As the largest letting agent in Huddersfield with over 1,000 properties we adhere to strict procedures in regards to repairs. The writer of this review was informed that this particular issue they mentioned would incur a call out charge as per their Assured Shorthold Tenancy as they simply could not operate the hob correctly. As they say there are always two sides to each story!
