Excellent, professional and friendly service

I have let my property through these agents for 8 years. I live overseas and in a different time zone so contact with me can sometimes be a little more difficult. The agents have always worked around this. They have gone above and beyond to make everything easy for me and to support my tenants. They also found me the best tenants anyone could ever ask for. I would never consider leaving these agents!

Excellent Agents

So very glad we used Tim and the team at CJ Hole to sell the house. He was extremely professional all the way through. He immediately saw the potential of the property, his valuation was spot-on, he knew exactly the sort of buyer it would appeal to. We had an offer within a week and they saw the whole process through calmly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Great service and excellent communications

Professionalism at all times.

In what was a very protracted selling process due to circumstances out of their control Tim and his team showed great resilience in completing the sale. Communication was always excellent and the various parties involved were contacted regularly and any glitches were dealt with professionally. I would definitely recommend CJ Hole to anyone wishing to sell a property.
