Tim and his team were professional and thorough throughout the duration of its let and sound advice has always been on hand when needed with regards to market value, finding suitable tenants and any rental changes. I always felt like my property was in trustworthy hands. My sale proved to be particularly challenging but Becky and Emma were especially fantastic. They remained on the ball and maintained communication with me throughout the process. I have to say, I rent my property out with CJ Hole in Hucclecote and I have no worries at all. Everything has been done very professionally and within time scales keeping me at ease. We used C J Hole, as we had purchased the property through them 7 years ago, for our elderly parents and it was great to have a local agent, who were familiar with the area. From the first contact, their service was excellent, professional and friendly. They gave us advice and tips throughout the process. We luckily sold quickly and the whole sales process was easy and took the pressure off us.
