Amazing letting agents

Fantastic estate agents
I bought, let and eventually sold my property all through CJ Hole - Hucculecote and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout. Tim and his team were professional and thorough throughout the duration of its let and sound advice has always been on hand when needed with regards to market value, finding suitable tenants and any rental changes. I always felt like my property was in trustworthy hands. My sale proved to be particularly challenging but Becky and Emma were especially fantastic. They remained on the ball and maintained communication with me throughout the process. Having experienced both sides of their business I would highly recommend and trust CJ Hole for both lettings and sales to anyone in the area. A huge thanks to you all!!

First class estate agent
The wonderful team at CJHole sold my house for me , also the bungalow I was purchasing was with CJ Hole I had a few ups and downs but Tim and his team were very professional and immediately on board steering me through some anxious times .I want to say a big thank you to all the team. Lovely Friendly Team
All the Team , at C J Hole worked well together to make our house purchase as smooth as possible. They are Professional , Friendly , and very Approachable for any queries , that we had. On completion , we were handed a Welcome Pack , which was lovely. I recommend C J Hole , and would use them again , if the occasion arose.

Landlord review
C JHole Hucclecote act as our agents for our two rental properties for the last few years they have always been supportive ,efficient, thorough, professional and importantly , helpful and friendly, with good advice. Prompt payment turnaround, as landlords you just feel they are on your side as well as protecting the tenants , a difficult balance to achieve but well achieved thanks

First time investor
We are first time investors and CJ HOLE was recommended by a friend to help us rent our flat and manage going forward. From first day of contacting them everything felt very professional and we cannot fault their service so far. I especially like it that everyone in the team is aware of what is happening so even if someone else temporarily takes over, the level of service remains high. 100% recommended!

My elderly parents recently purchased a property via CJ Hole. They were kept up-to-date every step of the way. Despite their own estate agent and solicitor saying (twice) everything was up together and they couldn't understand the hold up.... this was not the case and CJ Hole were the only one on the ball and aware of the cause for delay! A special thanks to Emma and Tim, but also to the wider team. Thank-you for making the 6mths of stress worth it in the end!
