AVOID AVOID AVOID ⛔️ Estate agent Vikki Allison very unprofessional, terrible service n simply does not care to sell your property. Not informed of potential buyers whom a couple having to contact me directly making me aware of their lack of help. Not even informed prior to viewings, sent reminder only night before. Board still left broken outside for weeks now when told fixed in 2 days. Advert incorrect stating '1 bathroom' when there are 2 bathrooms in fact . 3 toilets in total with 4 bedrooms. Left unchanged for a month after notifying them. Was told initially by Vikki I would be looked after as having mental health concerns but this woman, it would seem, deliberately sabotages any success. I have read all of these reviews n I am far from the first to receive a disgraceful experience.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! This place is a shambles from a buyers perspective, they will book you in for a viewing and accept offers from other people, all whilst telling you there are no viewings available until next week. Absolutely useless.
Terrible company, will take a booking and not keep it.
Despite willing to make an offer on a property I was told I needed to attend a block viewing. When I chased up my initial query I was rudely dismissed and unprofessionally spoke to by what was supposed to be a supervisor. Probably best using another agent these clearly do not care
My partner and I moved into the property on 23rd October, when we moved in there was a lot of mess which we had to clean up (not sure if this is the Landlords or Estate agent responsibility to clear up). There is also building rubbish in the garden and front garden which has still not been moved although we have been told this should be cleared before we moved in (it has now been 4 weeks of chasing) The radiators at the front of the house aren't working which the Estate agent has called 5 plumbers out (all of which advised the same issue of a power flush) I got a phone call today for the 6th person who should be able to fix the problem. I am writing this review because I have tried to communicate with Hegartys even prior to moving in and I'm shocked of the lack of communication they have provided and updates. I work from home full time and have done since April so the last thing I need is the stress of chasing up progress. My Aunty has called them as she is concerned and still no progress
Sorry, I would be under Lauren Northorpe. Just heard of an experience from somebody else who had the same lack of communication as I DID. This is the reason for my review. For example, we rang you guys on a mutilple occasions in regards to sale of the property. Got told I would get call back this (this never happened) was dating back to July 2019. Also still waiting to this day for the call back in regards to the white goods in the property. Took the initiative to go straight to the seller to get the price. Didn't get any where with you guys. Months later after Completing our house it was still showing on your website for sale.

Terrible experience.Not a professional company.We were treated shoddily .It appeared they were limited with the truth day after day and kept our buyers mortgage saga ongoing for two weeks when there was never any chance of mortgage approval.This caused us a lot of stress and anxiety as well as losing the house we wanted.We asked for our for sale sign to be taken down and our house to be taken off the market and a week later it is still up.This is not how you treat people it is a disgrace and I would NEVER recommend them.
