I would have no hesitation in recommending Lancaster's Estate Agents. The service we received when selling our house was second to none. Ben and Senga bent over backwards to keep the sale moving, they were professional and supportive throughout the process. I have to commend them on the level of their communication, they were at pains to keep us updated and offer advice to make sure we as sellers, but also the purchasers, were kept on track to achieve a successful outcome.

Very good service from the team at Hodders selling my mother's house after she had to go into a home. The sale was very straightforward and communications excellent at all times. I am happy that Karen's advice helped us to get the best possible price in the shortest time which was important for us.

Exceptional service provided by the team at Hodders in Addlestone. Although there were issues with the purchase (solicitors), these were dealt with swiftly by the team. They were always available to answer any questions (no matter how stupid) and could not have done any more. A special mention to Karen and Robert who kept the purchase together, and going above and beyond the cause in hurrying up our solicitor and resolving any issues with the Estate Agent we were selling with and the developer. Could not recommend them enough.
