Without a doubt Brock Taylor offer the best Customer Service in the Rentals sector in Horsham. Down to earth team who will go further than “the extra mile” to help. They understand their clients on an individual basis and have a solid interest in making things happen for them. Suzanna is a strong team leader and should be proud to have young Alex under her wings. Lucy is great with clients at viewings and always on time. My pet hate is when someone is showing you around and is more interested in what is going on on their phone (without making eye contact) like what some of the other Horsham agents practice. I can confidently say that my experience of this company has been nothing but positive. They have conducted business in a friendly and professional way, and this can be said of all staff I have dealt with. In what has been a challenging market they have always kept me informed of the latest developements, including every viewing and its subsequent feedback. I have mainly dealt with Emily, although this applies to the other agents who have been involved in the sale of the property; one is always made to feel that at the point of contact you are a valued client who deserves their advice and expertise during what is a challenging and often frustrating process.

I moved to Horsham just a few weeks ago and Brock Taylor have helped me tremendously from the first point of contact. Her superb communication, including quick concise replies to emails was everything you would want and more from someone who has been entrusted to deal with what for many is the largest event in their lives.
