Where should I start. This is the second property my finance and I have rented. Our first time using Brock Taylor. Compared to our previous agent, Brock Taylor have been a breath of fresh air. To begin with we were shown round a number of properties by Suzanne Harley, she was punctual, knowledgeable and most importantly willing to spend the time with us, to insure we made the right choice. Suzanne and Brock Taylor were all very helpful during the paperwork stage, everything completed very smoothly. Once we moved in we were passed to the property management team, and our new point of contact Terri Brand. Terri has been incredibly effective, having dealt with all the little niggles of the new property without any issue, or undue delay. Terri has been a pleasure to deal with so far and has set the bar high. Based on my experience so far, I have no doubt Brock Taylor will continue to hit that bar.

I have recently used Brock Taylor to let my 1 bed flat. Within 3 weeks of seeing Suzanna for the rental estimate the new tenants had moved in - at the full asking rent.I could not have asked for any better than that. Suzanna was very helpful and efficient through the whole process keeping me and the new tenants informed. Also the tenants that Suzanna introduced have been excellent. Rent paid on time and they keep the flat in pristine order.

Emily Lee such is a pleasure to work with! I have viewed a few homes with her now and she is always pleasant and bright. She is knowledgeable about the properties and is very patient with me as I ask a multitude of questions and wobble on about where I would put my furniture. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone and look forward to seeing her again soon.

I would definitely recommend Brock Taylor for both a seller or a buyer. Josh was great and gave us lots of advice on selling our property and was happy to help at every step during the sales process. Leanne, the sale progressor was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and also the buyer. She was always on hand and kept us informed at every step, working late and making sure she kept us updated. Leanne was happy to help, even though we are in lockdown during Covid 19, she has always found a way to help and was such a friendly person to chat to.
