I sold a buy to let property via Martin and Co Horsforth and was very pleased with the service. The property had multiple viewings in the first few days after being listed and soon went down to best and final offers. Katerina Chvapil managed the process very well, summarising the position of each bidder and their proceedability. After accepting offers we encountered various delays in the sale process (none of them her fault) but she was diligent and determined in helping to move things along and was ALWAYS available to speak to me, even when I needed to have a rant!
