Good Service, Friendly Staff
We have recently sold a property through Bond Oxborough in Holsworthy. The experience was one of the best we have received whilst selling and buying the staff were friendly, approachable and very pro-active. All potential visits were followed up by a phone call informing us why they were not interested and now the property has been sold I will miss my chats with the staff as they were extremely efficient and friendly,

First class company for rental services
I would like to thank all the staff at Holsworthy Bond Oxborough Phillips for the excellent service they provided us during our relocation from Yorkshire to Devon. They worked very hard to find and secure us a suitable rental property within a very short space of time. The service provided was highly professional and extremely efficient. The staff are all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed and updated with regular contact throughout the whole rental procedure which made the moving process so much easier. Outstanding service provided by lovely people. Thank you.

helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with
Leeann and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful. We were advised well and achieved a sale in a comparatively short time. We felt totally supported throughout by Bond Oxborough Phillips and would recommend them.

Helpful & Friendly
I purchased my house just south of Holsworthy via Bond Oxborough Phillips. They were always very helpful, friendly & called me back when they promised or I requested. Popped in to see them just after moving in, they gave me some contacts for local tradesmen & promised to take the "Sold" sign down. Nice people.

Property sale in Bradworthy. Helpful, friendly and attentive service
We received helpful advice throughout the sale process and were regularly kept informed. Very friendly staff who clearly had our best interests at heart. A good agent to deal with.

Fantastic service all round.
Sadie was my first point of contact and together with Emma and Leeann guided me through, what was to become a long and stressful drawn out affair. None of which was their fault. All three were very professional and transparent in dealing with each situation that arose, Achieving a very satisfactory completion .

Great service efficient and friendly
Leeann who manages the office is a brilliant negotiator and all together leads a team that provide a refreshing solid service They always answer enquirues and keep the client up to date with progress. We had the pleasure of buying a property from BOP last year and would highly recommend them especially Leeann Groom - she is first class

Easy to contact, keen to help.
Sadie was very helpful and at short notice showed us other properties and was supportive throughout. The rest of the team have consistently been helpful when we've spoken with them since all the way through to completion including a last inspection, we would certainly go to them again.
