From the very first meeting with Marshall, I have found the team at Kings very professional and friendly. Joe visited us and as we wanted a quick sell to enable us to buy a new build in Devon, Joe offered a few different approaches to selling our house. They had appointments booked for 1 day rather than having visits all through the week. The house went on the market on a Tuesday, with viewings on the next Saturday. From this, we got a few offers and accepted one a few days later, so from going on the market, we accepted within 2 weeks. Adriel kept us fully updated through the process, even printing up our contracts for us. On exchange day, Adriel was very quick to phone us with his congratulations. We are now moving on 29th June, 2 and a half months from going on the market.
